Wow, now I’m free from any project. Now I can focus on learning Weiqi (Go or Baduk, or whatever you would like to call it). I hope to get more students involved, so that we can suggest to have a WeiQi division under chess club. I think the chances are we would end up having to setup our own Weiqi Club -_-”
Now I still focus on managing the WeiQi forum http://go.e-nurturer.com/ and trying to make it more active and get more people to register and post there. I hope that the forum there will become the platform for people to share, interact with each other, and discuss about WeiQi.
Playing Weiqi there is a bit hard, maybe paste the board for every move you made will be better. When you have finished the game, remove all the pictures and replace with a completed game in the .sgf format. Of course you need to have the software to read .sgf file. Multigo and WinMGT would be the one to help you on that.
For the time being, just learn WeiQi, play WeiQi and help people on WeiQi =)

I have setup my very first and very own Wei Qi (Go) forum. I’m so happy that I keep on advertise on my forum everywhere. Hoping that it can be a platform for both Malaysian and Singaporean WeiQi players to learn and play with each other, and interact with China WeiQi players.
The initial target is somehow achieved and now we have members from China, Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore, where players from China and Malaysia are the majority. I’m so glad that there are some players and WeiQi teachers from China and Taiwan willing to share their experience on how to learn WeiQi well, what should a beginner learn first. How should one learn WeiQi and how to continue from there, so and so forth.
They also share how’s popular is WeiQi in China now. They also discuss on some hot topic based on their past experiences as well as their teaching experiences. I hope that there would be more people willing to share and discuss or maybe teach us, and those who are weak in WeiQi.
Sharing is caring! =) Hope the forum run smoothly and slowly will become one of the popular Chinese WeiQi forum. As I can see, even though I put in Chinese Chess, International Chess, Othello, and etc to attract people who plays these type of chess, actually not a single one came in. Most of them who join the forum are those who play WeiQi (Go) well and willing to share.Â
Therefore, I receive some feedbacks that we should focus on WeiQi first and dump everything in one main forum instead of creating many subforums. I would consider removing other board games’ forum, but I will rearrange the main forums and subforums for Weiqi (Go). Because I’m quite a detailed person, therefore, I will to drill down into very detailed stuff instead of just anyhow do it. If you happen to see this, I hope you can join us at http://go.e-nurturer.com/ See you there!
