Recently read something about earning money while blogging, it sounds cool isn’t it? For those of you who knows what I mean or have already started doing that, I think it would not surprised you at all ^^

Okay, I heard about Google Adsense before and I haven’t participate yet. Until I finally settle with one permanent domain (http://www.e-nurturer.com), not the old one (http://www.bumbeeland.com/), I somehow feel that maybe I can try. But what I worry is I might make my pages look ugly by having adsense displayed. It looks like a money making site instead of thoughts sharing, news and updates, etc. I read about this Google Adsense on a local freely distributed Chinese newspaper – MyPaper. Okay, after reading it, it does make sense for someone who want to get their hands on some extra pocket money while sharing their thought in their own blog. Well, I did sign up for an account in the end but havent get it up and running yet.

Well, if any of you would like to follow the trend, you could do so at Google website and follow the instruction! Why? Because for those of you who has been using Blogger.com service, you should be quite familiar with template editing, thus, putting Adsense in would not take up much of your time, instead, you would find it easy and set it up and running well on your blog. If you are really thinking of it now, do it right now! Hehe…

Ok, enough about that. I don’t really fancy about making money by putting advertisement on my site, in fact, I hate it so much and I only want to try out Google Adsense and see how far can I go. Maybe it generate some revenue for me then I would love to continue putting it in my blog or forum.

Now, as usual, still doing programming, but at the same time, learning other programming and scripting language, as well as my favourite Go at the same time and I hope that I can handle them well enough and could apply them in my life and sharing.

Sharing is caring, I always remember this. Haha…

Ok, now even my English Go/Weiqi Forum (http://go.e-nurturer.com/en/) is up and running but not many members. Most of them still visit Chinese Forum (http://go.e-nurturer.com/). Now I’m trying to give beginner lessons on Go for members or people who visit my room in KGS and requested for it. For more information please refer to the forum ^^

Okay, I’ll stop right here =)

Today I’m so happy. Why so? Because my Team Leader, a.k.a. Assistant Manager of my company throwing attitude at me ( Maybe Yes maybe not). Today she sent me an email telling me to help her debug the application they’ve developed in Vb 6.0. Ok, alright, nothing wrong with that, I have some minor experience in it, therefore I would need sometime to pick it up once again very fast, perhaps as fast and good as I can.

Then I just wait for her further instruction, as what was mentioned in the email is not clear enough, moreover, she wrote that she will go through with me again. Ah huh, when I was back in office, she was still enjoying lunch somewhere outside. Okay, then I just have to wait.

When I’m doing an online survey while waiting for her, suddenly I notice her figure coming close and out of sudden she bang on my table loudly and I was not surprised. I have told you earlier I saw her figure floating towards me, and I was very calm as I don’t think I’ve done something wrong. So she never say anything, seems I’m not shocked so she had no excuse to tell me off or anything.

Then she throw me a few words, meaning is about going through the application with me later. Ah, again, I waited for about 20 mins? I think so. It’s just about that long until she came and sat next to me and said, let’s go through, as what I had experienced before, she roughly go through with me and skip through a lot of parts. Why so? She explained that she only needs me to help her step through the applicaiton and fix the bugs for her. And also, check through the checklist and put down her name accordingly if those parts are solved. For those fixed by me, put down my name instead. Then she left and leave me alone without guiding me along.

Fine, I said, I’ve used to it, since everyone seems to be very busy. Then whenever I don’t understand what’s the checklist talking about I will ask her. But I only asked once, that’s all. LOL…

Then suddenly she came, OK, I forgot to tell you one thing Jenson. All my work has timeline (I was thinking? Timeline? Ok, sounds ok, fair that everything has timeline), then she continued again, everything has to be done by Tuesday then I will hand it over to Mr. Ng to test it out again until the end of next week. So make sure you finish it, ok? Remember it’s next Tuesday! (ah huh, now I understand she actually meant Deadline instead of timeline). Then she keep on stressing on that part. She seemed to be very serious as she did not smile! Then she remind me again, “I will check on you and monitor you from time to time, don’t forget, I’m just sitting behind you, so I can always check on you!” Alright, sounds like she’s telling me that I’m not doing my work most of the time and I need her supervision to make sure I work for every single second. Great idea! Isn’t it? Don’t you agree? What a brilliant and excellent talk!

In my heart, I tell myself, OMG, I love it man, I love her so much that instead of pressurizing me, she gave me more opportunities to learn! And instead of threatening me on focusing on my work, I got myself so highly motivated that I’m so happy to tell myself, Jenson, come on, try your very best and rush them out way before the deadline, and let me go through and if nothing wrong, you have all the time for something else, be it self-learning or working on fine-tuning the on-going applications! I believe I really can achieve that >.<” So is she going to get very disappointed or just very angry?

Well, whatever it is, I don’t really care. End of the day, I will be the one who will benifit the most out of it. Well, great chance to grow somemore in programming line! Woohoo!!! I want to be very experienced in this .NET thing and I’m going to pick up Java very soon then I will have to say, I can now develop something to help people communicate cross-platform, .NET Web Service talking to Java Servlet Page, maybe? Well, anything is possible as long as I grab hold of every single chance to learn and grow, and do my self-study or learning during my free time. I don’t really care where would I end up in the near future, I only care about now! Yes, take care of “now” will create a better future! Believe me, everything start from “now”. Verify it on your own during you free time, will you?
