



What had happened to my back? I don’t know, so don’t ask me. Is it related to my sleeping posture? Or is it because I sit on my chair too long? I’m totally lost on this. But it’s really a nightmare, I can’t sit properly, I can’t stand, can’t bend my body, oh my god! I can’t do anything at all! It’s so painful!
I manage to get myself slept well for yesterday night and recover a bit from the ache, but still suffering quite a lot. I’m still finding the cause and way to cure it. I know maybe if it’s getting serious I should consult a doctor. But I think I should at least try to solve it on my own first. I think I really need to do more exercise and try to cut down the time I sit on my chair. Must walk around a bit and take a break once in a while and take a good rest.
I’m getting fed up with my physical conditions and healtiness. I think I should really learn how to take care of my body and health better. I can see why a lot of people are suffering when they are old. I think we should really do that while we’re still young! Sigh, sad sad. Pain ah, still quite painful!
I can’t concentrate on any single things. I can only do things that don’t require me to move a lot, like reading and music listening. Sigh sigh. I think I need a break and some rest!
I need healthy body and mind to do the things I need to do, to do my favourite sports, my readings, studies, work, leisure, etc etc! Please give me back my health!
